Impact Lending have completed another loan to a previous client ME Developments Ltd. The loan was provided to convert an existing second charge bridge with Impact Lending into a development mezzanine facility while the construction works are completed. .

The first charge was agreed over the high quality development project in Surrey, with a 23-month term.

Impact Lending now have funding available for 1st and 2nd charge Bridging, Senior lending (sustainable developments only) and Mezzanine finance, with loans from £300k to £5m across the product range.
