Impact Lending are delighted to have completed a green loan to support an experienced developer with a residential scheme in Barnet, North London. The £1.2m facility enabled the developer to purchase the existing property and will provide constructions costs in stages to complete the project over a 13-month term.

Within the scheme a number of measures are built in to help limit the environment impact of the project.
