- Mark has extensive experience in banking and finance and held several senior management positions across corporate and commercial banking, M&A and Restructuring within RBS/NatWest, writing in excess of £4bn debt transactions across numerous market sectors.
- 7 years Private Equity experience where Mark was an operating partner for Hudson Advisors, responsible for managing Lone Star Fund portfolio companies across Real Estate and Leisure sectors.
- Mark was Group COO of Impact Capital before moving to permanent CEO position within Impact Lending.

- Wes has 20 years financial services experience spanning across mortgages, buy to let, bridging and development finance.
- Experience across all lending platforms from challenger banks, private lenders, to institutionally backed specialist lenders.
- Joined Impact Lending as Head of Credit before moving into a wider Head of Risk role, incorporating oversight of the underwriting and management of the loan portfolio.

- Dan’s background was in production management and sales, before he made the move to Impact’s development company in 2020
- Dan then moved across to Impact Lending where is responsible for day to day contact with Impact Lending’s borrowers.
- Dan undertakes regular site visits and works with borrowers and Impact Lending’s Monitoring Surveyors to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Seb has over 8 years experience in the property industry, working primarily in the redevelopment sector which involved identifying and sourcing opportunities, budget management, consultant liasion, debt sourcing, deal brokerage, negotiations, sales management and more.
